BAT Spain IS LOOKING FOR A Strategy Planning & Insights Internship

SENIORITY LEVEL: Internship

FUNCTION: Marketing

SALARY RANGE: Competitive salary

LOCATION: Madrid

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of the Marketing department- SP&I (Combustibles) and will have to support the team on Electronic Brand Boards update and analysis among other tasks.

The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining databases of all our sources and markets.

Reports to Iberia Planning & Insights Manager

Geographic Scope: Spain

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

* Support on Electronic Brand Boards update.

* Support on maintaining databases of all our sources and markets (Spain, Portugal, Canary Islands, Andorra and Gibraltar).

* Prepare data reception for analysis.

* Prepare data OTS for Analysis.

* Analysis on market trends based on Nielsen data.

* Support on Business As Usual (agenda for meetings, minutes, etc.).

* Do you have a proactive attitude? Are you willing to constantly develop and support the team in the daily activities?

* Do you have an analytical thinking and a strong knowledge of Excel?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

* University degree in Finance, Economics or Business (master's degree is an advantage).

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite in particular of Excel and Power Point.

* Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.

* Openness, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to a changing environment, plus managing multiple tasks in parallel.

* Ability to manage time limits and deadlines.
