Customer Care & Online Marketing internship in Barcelona

Job Description:

Vesping is a company located in Barcelona, ​​and for more than eleven years it has been dedicated to receiving tourists, offering them a very practical and original offer, to discover the city of Barcelona and share Catalan culture.

Vesping's core business is the Vespas rental with a GPS navigator that includes routes for customers, who are assisted at all times by our team. Guided tours are also offered daily.

We collaborate with the best European universities to give properly trained young people the opportunity to complement their knowledge with practical experience in a dynamic, modern company fully focused on maximum customer satisfaction in an international context.

The student will have an extensive training period, which is why we favor long-term internships (5/6 months), in which he/she can have time to learn, put all their knowledge into practice and improve their skills.

Under the supervision of our responsible staff, the student will have the opportunity to see, learn and act in many management dynamics, customer service, marketing and workflow management.

In particular:

Online marketing:
Analysis and study of positioning and visibility
Development and implementation of marketing strategies
Production of content optimized for SEO
Blog Feed

Creation and monitoring of in-store campaigns
New partnerships with B2B collaborators
Business Development Propositions

Booking management:
            On-line
            By phone
            face-to-face

Customer reception:
            Orientation/product presentation
            Rental contract
            Tourist information for clients and experience planning
            Explanation of safety rules and basic driving rules


Customer management:
            Tourist information assistance during the stay
            Assistance to customer needs
            Contract closure, deposit refund
            Fleet control

Candidate Requirements:

- Maximum attitude to professionalism (total respect for the client and pro activity)
- Good aptitude for public relations
- Flexible practice hours (we works on weekends)

Languages:

English High Level
Mother tongue
Another High Level language (Portuguese, Dutch, German, French)
Knowledge of computer platforms such as word, excel, web environment.

The applicants will receive a monthly grant of €400 per month for practices of 35hrs/week.
The applicant will have to be able to support himself financially (accommodation, food, etc) or be part of a financial program like Leonardo or Erasmus.
