(COMPANY NAME) Spain is increasing its sales department, has great objectives to achieve and needs your help! As part of the Sales team, you will be focus on the top sales funnel providing potential customers to the Account Managers so they can do their tasks smoothly and can focus their time on taking care of our clients.
You will also collaborate with our Operations team to set up all the tools and knowledge necessary for our Sales Team to perform incredibly well, and with the Marketing team to bring prospects.
As part of the acquisition and initial launch team, we are looking for a proactive, creative and ambitious Business Development Associate Intern to support the Business Development team in establishing (COMPANY NAME)'s presence in the Spanish market.
As part of. your internship you will
* Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads.
* Create new business opportunities, pursuing first meetings with the key contacts.
* Use different tools to prospect new clients like LinkedIN, scrapping tools,CRM, email campaigns automation, calls etc.
* Prepare unique sales pitch presentations and materials to support the commercial offer.
* Support the Account Manager on the creation of innovative content on multiple formats ( business cases..) for content marketing purposes.
* Participate in key account meetings.
* Support the definition and execution of campaigns and projects to grow our share of the market.
* For some opportunities, be in charge of the matching process: identifying freelancers, calling them and selling them the projects.
* Prepare Clients meeting (news about the company, the prospect..) and if attending, minutes of the meeting- Create documentation about processes.
* Support the Sales team members in all administrative issues related to our clients: contracts, invoicing, payments, homologations.
Preferred experience
* Last year Bachelor or Master student, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or relevant
* Good communication skills, written and spoken.
* Creative
* Sales funnel knowledge and sales driven
* Desirable previous comercial experience
* Working level English
* Organized, attention to detail, proactive, team member
