Tuvalum's mission is to redesign the experience of buying and selling quality bicycles in Europe. And our vision, to build the next digital ecosystem for the bicycle industry.
Our goal is to make buying and selling a bicycle on the Internet as convenient, simple and safe as ordering a pizza.
We are growing at a rate of 100% year-on-year and we are selling bicycles in 7 countries in Europe
Context
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll focus on expanding Tuvalum in your dedicated country. You´ll have to help us understand the market specificity regarding our potential customers and potential partners.
What you will do
Build partnership with local cycling businesses :
You will seek out new business opportunities, targeting local cycling businesses, through cold calling to engage, consult, and close local deals
Develop familiarity with each business, including but not limited to: products and/or services, consumer demographics, consumer ratings, points of competitive differentiation, merchant economic model, and revenue/profit drivers
Drive Tuvalum´s growth in the country :
Take care of inbound German customers : Understand their needs and follow them throughout the booking process until closing the deal. You will get a monthly sales objective to reach.
Promote our products through the different online channels in Germany (marketplaces). Maintain and optimize those channels in order to generate sourcing and sales opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
We're Excited About You, If You Have
Success in a sales leader role within a territory or for a product
Fluent in German, Spanish is a plus
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in meeting sales quotas, sales negotiation and problem-solving.
You're resilient, and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others
Adaptable and can think on your feet; when faced with new challenges or tough conversations, you face them head-on
CRM experience a plus
