We are now looking for an Intern as a Business Support for our Financial Services team who will be assisting with administrative and reporting related tasks within the department.

Let us describe the challenge we offer
This is an internship position within Financial Services, part of our global Sales department. The team has its goal to provide Financial Services solutions, through best-in-class partners, which enable and support the achievement of (COMPANY NAME)'s sales, loyalty, and sustainability objectives. You would join a growing diverse team involved in a journey towards a more sustainable future. You will contribute and support the business when (COMPANY NAME) now continues to go live in new markets and grows around the globe.

This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you'll do
As a Business Support, you will provide administrative support to the Financial Services team in a variety of matters, from non-complex to complex nature.
For example, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing our administrative and reporting tools
* Implement processes and maintain procedures and administrative systems
* Handle Purchase orders and finance administration
* Handle documentation, produce reports and presentations
* Organize events, drive and support employee engagement activities
* Special projects as and when required
Further developing and motivating responsibilities may be added as the role develops within the organization.

Who you are
We are looking for a self-driven organizational master. An administrative- and service minded star who works proactively towards results whilst collaborating in a dedicated way.
To be a great fit for this position it is important that you possess:
* Ongoing or previous education in Finance, Economics, Business or similar field
* Focus on delivering high quality no matter the task
* Curiosity to learn and drive to develop
* Good written and oral communication skills
* A passion in learning more about Financial Services
