Let us describe the challenge we offer
Our Quality and Logistics department is passionate about connecting our ambitions to the logistics and quality of our products and works to ensure the quality in (COMPANY NAME) products and services, throughout their lifecycle.
In this new role you will be the interactive contact point for administrative work within the Quality and Logistics Team and will be responsible for proactively maintain a smooth flow in the daily operations as the Business Support of the department.
This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you'll do
As a Business Support, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Quality and Logistics and the Quality and Logistics Management Team in a variety of matters, from non-complex to complex nature.
For example, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage function calendar events and organize meetings and appointments
* Implement processes and maintain procedures and administrative systems
* Handle purchase orders, contracts, filing and finance administration
* Handle and support documentation creation, structure data, produce an create reports and presentations
* Organize events, co-ordinate internal communication plan and support employee engagement activities
* Special projects as and when required
Further developing and motivating responsibilities may be added as the role develops within the organization.
