Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth with Regional Accounts while respecting the (COMPANY NAME) -Group brand strategies. To support the Nordics Net Sales growth by managing the Regional & Self-service portfolio strongly and by making the right decisions to impact the overall business for the better. Be able to navigate Click Tools and overall market distribution landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Functional:

* Drive distribution management and support Win with the Winners strategy across Nordics

* To develop assigned Regional & SSA customers, tap full potential and manage all interfaces towards (COMPANY NAME)-Group respecting the framework set by the Director Specialty & Regional accounts.

* To drive the re-order business on all customers in season.

* Together with WHS activation ensure execution of key campaigns and concepts for identified doors.

* To develop/update Regional Account Fact Books and Regional Strategic Account Plans according to the customer portfolio mapping strategies

* Enforce the (COMPANY NAME) Groups trade terms

* Ensure strong communication with the Digital Wholesale Solutions Manager

* Support in the creation of local market packages and assortments on CLICK, showcasing key products/ concepts across all channels.

* Support on the content creation of regular newsletters to CLICK customers to promote usage of the platform and drive sales.

Controlling:

* to measure progress on own KPIs

* to report to all superiors along MIS guidelines

* to monitor all relevant reports

* to monitor and report on customers and competitors' activities and propose/initiate/take actions

* to provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance

* to ensure customer compliance with agreements

KPIs:

* Net sales generated by assigned Field & SSA customers

* Total net sales development according to budget

* Adherence to agreed customer terms & conditions.

* Rate of sales

* Net Sales, Sales Deductions and Standard Margin.

Key Relationships:

* CTC Mngr, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Brand & WHS Activation, Digitital WHS Solutions Mngr, Field Account Specialists, KAM

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Outlook: basic

* Word: basic

* Excel: advanced

* PowerPoint: basic

* English: advanced

* Local language: fluent

* SAP: basic

* Salesforce: basic

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma, commercial apprenticeship

* Functional: > 2 years in sales, ideally with wholesale focus

* Industry: Ideally in Sporting goods, apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG

* Solutions focused and strong digital mindset
