To support our Customer Experience Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

INTERN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

(M/F - 100%)

You will be working closely with a number of teams within the headquarters as well as with our colleagues in the markets, enabling you to have a real international insight into the business.

Start: April 2020

Duration: 6 Months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the HQ Customer Experience Team in the final preparation phase of Watches & Wonders in Geneva in April as well as to prepare and assist other global client activations on site throughout the year

* Welcoming clients and agenda management on site at the event

* Coordinate guest lists, organization of transfers, accommodation, etc. with local & HQ teams

* Budget and invoices management as well as payment tracking

* Return on investment monitoring and post reporting

Support the HQ Customer Experience Team in development and delivery of other key projects such as

* Workshops and coaching sessions

* Product allocation

* One to one client experience and agenda management

YOUR PROFILE:

* Student/graduate in marketing, communications, economics, business administration, tourism, hospitality

* Excellent social, relationship and project management skills

* Flexible with hands-on mentality

* Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge

* Experience in event/fair management is an asset

* Fluent in English, French and other languages would be a plus
