In order to strengthen our operational Perfumes Europe & Africa marketing department and support the E-retail development strategy, based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented
E-Retail Marketing Trainee (12 months)
Reporting directly to the E-retail marketing manager, you will work mainly on the export channel distribution.
STRATEGY & TOOLS
You participate in the development of the Bulgari e-commerce strategy and you monitor its execution in each market. You create different e-commerce support tools (Masterfile, guidelines) and elaborate and monitor KPIs. You are also responsible for the e-store checks to ensure images and texts compliance.
You supervise the good execution of the e-commerce strategy with the Brand Manager for each market. You have the direct contact with the marketing teams of some E-retailers to support for the development of e-marketing activations and updating the Bvlgari brand space on the e-retail network.
You are in charge to develop and monitor the KPIs for the analysis of activations, digital and sell-out. You also prepare and consolidate the quarterly "Best in Class" report.
Student in Bachelor or Master in Management, Business Administration or Marketing, you are looking for a 12 months internship with starting date on January 2022. You have ideally a first experience as intern in the luxury industry in a multicultural and challenging environment. A previous exposure to marketing with a very good knowledge of the fundamentals of e-commerce and digital marketing is a strong asset. Thanks to your excellent communication and project management skills, you work transversally to identify and implement improvement actions. You have excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint. You are fluent in English and French.

* Discovery of the Perfume sector & image management in a Luxury house
* Control of the launch cycle of an online product
* Project management involving various internal departments (including HQ) and external partners
* Putting knowledge into practice in digital marketing: E-Trade / E-Merchandising, customer journey and online graphic chain
