Job Description:

* Support the Industrial Engineering team in data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve process efficiency
* Assist in time studies, workflow analysis, and ergonomic layout updates
* Track and analyze data using SAP, Excel, or Power BI
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects and engineering-related initiatives
* Support the coordination and administration of digital transformation work packages

Qualifications:

* 3rd or 4th-year student in Industrial Engineering
* Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and positive mindset
* Curious and eager to learn, staying updated on industry trends and sharing ideas with the team
* Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud) is preferred
* Very good command of Turkish and English
