We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented People Partner to join our growing team who will be comfortable in a start-up environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly motivated and talented teams as you engage with different stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

* Internship experience in Human Resources and willing to pursue career in Human Resources
* An honest care about people. Willingness to get involved and fix problems. We help people get better so we can all succeed.
* Studying in related departments
* English language is a must
* Resilience. Not every day is going to be easy; but a good attitude and resilience will get you through much easier.
* Willingness to work hard. (COMPANY NAME) is growing at incredible speed, we need people who are willing to get their hands dirty.
* Able to work 5 days a week

What Will You Do:
* Support, form and manage the relationship with stakeholders and leadership teams in a business environment.
* Be the point of contact for all related People matters.
* Continuous one on one's with all of the employees in order to track engagement, motivation and all other people topics.
* Play an active role in enhancing personal performance of staff, work closely with managers during performance evaluation phase to identify top performers and those who need support.
* Be the ideal peer to different teams in the People Department and act as a focal point for different People processes including but not limited to performance, training, coaching, benefits etc.
* Follow up on headcount & recruitment activities and ensure all people plans are delivered on deadline.
* Play an active role in onboarding employees and organizing their first week and first month at (COMPANY NAME).
* Bring new ideas to the table - challenge the status quo
