Reporting to the Head of EMEA Communications for Life Science, you will be responsible for various communication channels used to deliver news, business updates and information, as well as messaging and campaigns, to the Life Science population in the EMEA region. In this role, you will be working with an international and diverse team to deliver on the regional communications objectives in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You will assist EMEA Communications Team with creation and maintenance of Company Intranet pages. You must understand communications best practices and help implement communications strategies in the EMEA region. You will support EMEA Communications Team with drafting content for both internal and external channels, slide development, script writing. You will coordinate with internal partners and external stake-holders to support special projects and initiatives on a regional level. You will collaborate on the planning and execution of large scale corporate events, with a focus on driving rich content that elevates our Life Science message. You will oversight of our global, mass email system for Life Science.
Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree from reputable universities. Fresh graduate or maximum one year of experience in marketing and communications.
* Proficiency in MS Office Set (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Computer Skills & Technology
* Excellent command of English both in writing and speaking
* Analytical thinking, result and detail and multi-task oriented
* Confident, positive, 'can do' attitude towards customers, colleagues and team members
* Flexible in approach, prepared to respond to business needs
