Description of the Business Line or Department 

Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) in the UK is a business line of Societe Generale London Branch. 

SGSS is a pan European providers which offers a full range of securities services:

Custody & Trustee services 
*
Fund Administration & Asset Servicing 
*
Fund Distribution, liquidity Management, Issuer Services & Clearing services

Summary of the key purposes of the role 

*
The Trade Management Team provides a central point of contact for SGSS UK's pre and post trade related activities across the Wealth Management Outsourcing, Funds and Sovereign Wealth Services.

Summary of responsibilities 

The Trade Management Team's responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

*
Support of the end-to-end trade flows as appropriate including order booking, pre-matching, exceptions management. 
*
Resolution of stock and cash breaks relating to trade management
*
Act as a point of contact for the clients and their service providers 
*
Support the onboarding new clients 
*
Processing of client account transfers 
*
Submitting of stock lending instructions and managing exceptions and realignments as appropriate 
*
Support of new product enhancements including systems and or services 
*
Reporting and follow up of any system issues 
*
Perform monitoring of Best Execution, Timely Execution and Transaction reporting where required. 
*
Maintain knowledge of market changes, best practises and standards 
*
Support other teams in the event of resourcing/volume requirements

Level of autonomy and authority 

Should be able to work with a degree of autonomy in respect to the BAU processing and queries. 

Escalation where necessary to the Head of Operations, and the Head of SBO in the UK
