Multi-Skilled Engineering Technicians (12 months Fixed Term Contract)

Function: Brewery Operations

Location: Hereford

Salary: £34,660 + £4,000 (circa) Shift Allowance plus competitive package

What's the role?

We're looking for Multi-Skilled Engineering Technicians to join our site where at a very high level, our Technicians perform both proactive and corrective maintenance and support our operators to ensure safe, efficient and timely recoveries from any plant stoppages minimising lost time and to optimise performance.

What are we looking for?

Firstly, you will need to possess the necessary trade qualifications (NVQ or CITB Apprenticeship and/or an HNC Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)

You will also have worked in similar highly-automated and safety-critical manufacturing site, and we are hoping that you will come in and hit the ground running - although we will develop you with our continuous improvement methodology (we use TPM) being our fundamental way of working.

Your can-do attitude and enthusiasm will be warmly welcomed and your problem-solving skills will be put to good use. If you have a positive outlook with a continuous improvement mindset, and solid experience of modern planned maintenance techniques and Computerised Maintenance Management systems, then we want to hear from you.
