POSITION: RETAIL OPERATIONS ANALYST INTERN
DEPARTMENT: RETAIL
LOCATION: HIGH STREET KENSINGTON, LONDON
REPORTS TO: RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER / DIRECT REPORTS: NONE
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
* Liaising between Head Office and the Retail Field Team
* Support the Retail Operations Team in daily tasks and projects to support the field and store based team, reporting and general admin
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Produce, develop and maintain accurate reporting to track retail and client KPIs to support POS digital transformation
* Manage weekly admin across all digital tools
* Ensure purchase orders and invoices are cleared in a timely manner via SAP, tracking retail spend is in-line with Retail budget
* Produce Weekly Communications to Dior Ambassadors and Field Team
* Prepare and track Dior Ambassadors store based incentives
* Coordinate and assist with booking all retail excursions including hotel, flight and activities bookings
* Liaising with Commercial, Marketing, CRM and Merchandising teams to maximise retail sell out
* Prepare the retail and external meetings, support producing best in class presentations where needed
* Manage Retail Operations stock
* Ad-hoc send outs when requested

* Proactive attitude; can do attitude
* Microsoft office : Excel, Word and Powerpoint
* SAP (preferable, not essential)

PROFILE
* Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
* Experience in sales and or marketing within the luxury environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential
