Jacket and Sales Material Coordinator - DK Childrens
DK is a world leader in illustrated non-fiction publishing and we're expanding. As part of growth plans in our Childrens division we are seeking an experienced administrator to join the team as a Jacket and Sales Material Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to get stuck in and work closely with the Publisher and the Publishing Programme Manager to coordinate jackets and sales material for the Childrens Division titles. Among other things, your key responsibilities will include coordinating the reprints process, uploading key materials to B3 ensuring keywords and descriptions are right for Childrens titles. You will also assist with internal presentations such as launch and pre-sales, update and maintain the Childrens visual publishing programmes and keep the internal approval grids updated. You will work closely with our creative Editorial and Design teams in London and also liaise with the sales teams, global sales operations, production, and other departments across the business.
Ideally, you will be an experienced administrator who can get to grips with several books at different stages in their process and you will get a buzz from managing huge amounts of data and scheduling with Excel and other data-management systems. You will relish the prospect of complementing your creative colleagues and making their lives easier with your lists and schedules. Prior knowledge of B3 and other company systems is an advantage.
To apply, please submit your most recent CV and cover letter by 11th February 2022.
