What the role entails:

* Leading a team and increasing headcount
* Training up new team members after their initial induction training and seeing them process to higher roles
* Creating and posting job adverts
* Finding and screening candidates
* Liaising between clients and candidates (360░)
* Negotiating salary and terms and conditions of contracts
* Client acquisition and job lead generation

* The opportunity to take on a team and grow it by at least 5 more heads within 2 quarters of the fiscal year (liaise with Talent Acquisition to lead the process)

Who we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree preferred (any major accepted)
* Proven track record in recruitment (at least 2 years preferred - IT recruitment a plus)
* Native level written and spoken English
* Sales oriented people who don't mind cold calling
* Communication is your strong suit and you are able to self-motivate
* Competitive "Go Beyond" mentality helpful
* Hardworking and resilient to maintain, exceed and set targets and KPIs
