Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Human Resources Administration Intern reports to the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) team and is responsible for providing administrative support to employees in the areas of People Services and Global Mobility.
Responsibilities:
* Engage in continuous improvement efforts to better assist HR teams and standardize new and existing policies
* Assist with digitization and standardization efforts in the HR function.
* As directed, provides support for assigned processes, including, but not limited to:
* I-9 Compliance Management
* Payroll Compliance Management
* HR-related invoicing and purchase requests
* Mobile Device Administration
* Partnership with facilities management to complete front desk administration duties
* Other duties as assigned

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communication or related field.
* Available for on-site responsibilities 3 days per week
* Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
* Results orientation with strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in a multicultural organization
* International mindset, strong analytical skills
* Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to (COMPANY NAME)'s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
