* Previous course work and understanding in semiconductor, display (such as TFT-LCD and OLED), or equivalent technologies processes
* In depth knowledges of solid state device physics, display principles, optics, thin-film technologies etc.
* Demonstrated ability to perform large data analyses using a variety of software and programming methods, especially in Python, R, MATLAB, Tableau, JMP, or similar
* Experience with machine learning and forecasting
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and react to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
* Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a minimum 6 month work term
Review relevant project design, process flow, equipment selection, DFM, and DOE proposals. Identify shortfalls and corrective actions to ensure design compliance. Work with cross-functional engineering teams to map out process development exercises in order to improve yield and commit to schedules in line with program goals. Identify potential execution issues and provide recommendations to mitigate risk. Ensure processes and suppliers are performing as expected during production ramp, immediately addressing escalations.
