Job Description:

(COMPANY NAME) US is seeking up to two highly talented, ambitious individuals to participate in an 18-month full-time program to rotate through various business units at (COMPANY NAME) Inc. (US). The goal of the program is to build the future leadership team for (COMPANY NAME) through exposure across various functional and geographical business units on a highly challenging project based program. Participants will be placed in one of two treks (Marketing & Strategy or Operations and SCM) and rotate through three business functions- the final of which will be abroad in either Lisbon, Sydney or Berlin.

Program Description/Duties:
* Report to one senior manager for the full 18-month program that will coach you and be responsible for your success;
* Be assigned one senior mentor for the full 18-month program on your area of expertise to support you during the duration of the program;
* Be assigned one peer with 1+ year in the business to guide you throughout the full 18-month program;
* Spend each rotation period on a focus project on one key area of the business. The project will vary by function, location and individual and is based not only on business needs, but your skill set. Through this project you will solve complex problems and have the opportunity to drive business improvements;
* Join a new diverse team, every six months (3 teams in total);
* Autonomously bring ideation and continuous improvement to your respective rotation;
* Present to the business leadership team your progress every 6 months;
* Receive continuous training and coaching on fundamental skills on how to

* Continuous training and development on key areas of leadership/management: financials understanding, analytics, communication, team leadership, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field;
* Previous experience (internship and/or full time) in an operations related role: manufacturing, quality, SCM or logistics;
* Proven experience at spearheading small projects to success and managing stakeholders' expectations;
* Strong problem solving & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail;
* Team player and great communication skills with a passion to always learn more and share your knowledge with others;
* Outstanding analytical skills and logical thinking mindset;
* Entrepreneurial-minded and self-starter that likes to own his personal projects and get his hands dirty
