We offer a unique perspective into the world of food manufacturing with a maximum 12-week paid internship in our Human Resources Intern in Northbrook, IL. As a key player on the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Intern will have the opportunity to lead several projects supporting the core competencies of the Human Resources function including Employee Engagement, Compliance, and Employer Branding.

Key responsibilities include:

* Support Appreciative Feedback Program activities including communication development and insight gathering.

* Ensure compliance through employee file maintenance and i9 audit.

* Enhance Employer Branding efforts in leading content development and content calendar projects for (COMPANY NAME) US Careers Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

* Develop testimonial video showcasing employee experience.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

* Completed Junior year of college with a concentration in {Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration

* Experience handling confidential matters.

* Prior Human Resources experience a plus

* Effective project management and time management skills

* Self-driven individual with ability to work independently

* Solid presentation and communication skills

* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail

* Strong ability to work in teams and build good relationships high degree of personal integrity and work ethics

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Advanced Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables a plus
