What you can expect:
You will join a team build on collaboration and working cross-functionally. You should be familiar with fundamental research methodologies, tools, and techniques and we will help you apply these to answer key business questions. The internship will be centered on a project crucial to the business and require you to turn research insights and data into a clear story that inspires action. Empathy for the shopper, their daily lives, and various activities that impact them will also be discovered in this role. Locations will vary and are determined closer to the internship start date.
Responsibilities may include:
* Collaborate with our Strategy, Category Managers, Brand Insights, and Marketing teams to understand their key objectives
* Address key business issues or strategic opportunities (shopper focused)
* Synthesize data and insights across multiple sources
* Work with research vendors to create surveys, field research, and analyze results

What we're looking for:
* Currently pursuing a degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, or other Business-related majors (other majors may be considered)
* Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer-packaged goods corporation is preferred
* Ideal candidates demonstrate strong collaborative, analytical, data management and mining skills
* Exemplary communication, analytical thinker, and leadership skills
* Proven leadership capabilities
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:
* Graduate with MBA degree within one (1) year of internship completion. Graduation date between December 2023 and May 2024.
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
