Interns in (COMPANY NAME)'s Marketing organization will be placed onto a team within one of the following organizations:
Product Marketing and Industry Marketing
Our world class Product and Industry Marketers create and tell inspirational stories with cutting edge demonstrations to people around the world. We develop product messaging and positioning, go to market strategies, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. We measure our success by our ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies and ability to gain C-level and key buyers' mindshare.
Brand, Content, & Customer 360 Marketing
Our Brand, Content, and Customer 360 Marketing organization helps answer the question, "What does (COMPANY NAME) do? From building our brand strategy, iconography, and the creative look and feel of (COMPANY NAME) to helping tell great stories about the power of (COMPANY NAME)'s portfolio, we are helping ensure that the (COMPANY NAME) brand is healthy, growing, and fun and that we empower our communities with the right content through the right channel at the right time.
Marketing Operations
Our Marketing Operations team serves as the strategic partners and disciplined leaders for planning and producing world-class marketing. We advocate for the best solutions to operational problems. We establish and maintain processes, services, governance, and tools that help all Marketing break new ground and operate at global scale. We combine strong program management, production expertise, and deep partnership across the business to deliver world-class work that drives business impact. We align the collective output of the organization and work to ensure everything we create reflects our values and marketing vision.
Required Skills/Experience
* Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree, graduating in the spring of 2022
* Studying marketing, business, communications or similar
* Is a self-starter, thrives under pressure, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
* Strong potential for presentation skills, business acumen, and executive presence
* Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully define and drive project execution with manager support
