What's the role?
This internship will provide the right individual the opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge of our company, our products, and our market leadership strategies through the completion of value-added projects and daily tasks.
Our Learning and Development team creates and delivers training materials and presentations to team members across (COMPANY NAME) North America, ranging from sales competency training to career and leadership development. Learning and Development interns will have the chance to contribute firsthand to training materials and processes during their internship.

What does the role involve?
Our ten-week summer internship is a great opportunity to join the organization and get exposure to (COMPANY NAME) as a future employer. Interns work full-time during the summer on value-added projects that are relevant to their education and that drive (COMPANY NAME)'s business.
Learning and Development Interns will be based out of our Operations Center in Tulsa, OK and will join an existing team of Training Managers and Specialists.

What do we offer?
Summer interns work 40 hours a week on various projects in departments relevant to their education and in all areas of the business. Those who successfully complete an internship are considered for full-time employment upon graduation. The most common career path for Learning and Development Interns is to join our Account Manager Development Program upon graduation.
Throughout the summer, interns will be exposed to all levels of management and participate in a variety of events, including a one-week orientation with a welcome from our CEO, an overview of the business, hands-on tool training, meetings with our executive leadership team, and volunteer opportunities. At the end of the summer, interns give a final presentation to senior leadership on their experience and accomplishments.

What you need is:
* Are in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in professional sales, marketing, or other related business degree
* Graduate in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023
* Are results-oriented and proactive - able to get things done and achieve targets
* Have a strong customer orientation
* Have excellent planning and time management skills
* Possess strong communication and presentation skills
* Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Are willing to relocate nationally
* Are eligible to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship
