The Team -- Growth
The Growth team exists to help our enterprise partnerships reach outsized success. The team spends their time and energy working closely together to unlock best practices in bringing (COMPANY NAME) solutions to our partners' advisors and customers. Success is measured by our partners' ability to acquire new digital investment advice customers, grow assets under management (AUM) and identify customer needs in order to deliver the right solutions.
Within the Growth team, marketing works with our partners to develop innovative, unique marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand with their customers (B2C) and adoption by their financial advisors (B2B).
The Opportunity - Growth Marketing Intern
As a growth marketing intern, you'll work with the growth marketing team to drive awareness, increase conversions and deepen client relationships on behalf of our partners and products. Support growth initiatives and consolidate learnings to drive new opportunities. Learn about our email programs and help us execute emails for a new digital wealth partner.
This is a paid 2 to 3-month full-time REMOTE internship.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Create: Build and document processes for our marketing programs that drive efficiency for our team and help onboard new team members as we continue to grow.
* Influence: Gather past learnings and testing outcomes to identify the most impactful insights to share broadly internally and externally. Help us set benchmarks for cross-partner comparison and future testing opportunities.
* Execute: Support email implementation for new and existing programs
* Uncover: Identify new industry trends and updates to drive thematic messaging and product enhancements.
