The Team - Enterprise Marketing Team, Revenue Operations

The Enterprise Marketing team is a rapidly growing & highly visible function within (COMPANY NAME)'s Strategic Partnerships organization. We're charged with defining our voice and telling the stories of our products and partners to differentiate us in a highly competitive and fluid market. Our goal is to position our company as the leading FinTech innovator in digital customer engagement, retail banking experience & wealth management, by developing sophisticated messaging and delivering impactful content to drive awareness and demand for our solutions. The Revenue Operations function sits within marketing and supports both the enterprise sales and marketing teams, equipping them with the tools, processes, and analytics to optimize their daily operations. Revenue Operations owns both teams' tech stack, data, reporting, and analytics.

The Opportunity - Revenue Operations Intern

(COMPANY NAME) is looking for an independent and outcomes-focused Revenue Operations intern who will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM, building dashboards and reports, and supporting the Sales and Marketing teams to meet organizational objectives. The primary function of this role will include working hand-in-hand with our existing Revenue Operations Manager to help optimize our current processes for our Sales and Marketing teams and maintaining our database. This is a unique opportunity to interface with key stakeholders internally on both the Sales and Marketing teams and will provide thorough exposure to the daily operations of both functions.

This is a paid 2 to 3-month full-time REMOTE internship.

How You'll Make an Impact

* Collaborate with (COMPANY NAME) Marketing team to manage leads and optimize the lead handoff process with Sales

* Build and maintain our Salesforce CRM including adding in key account and prospect information and maintaining the accuracy of the data within Salesforce

* Collaborating with Sales team members supporting their outreach to key accounts

* Document Sales and Marketing processes to support team learning and adoption

* Build Dashboards and Reports in Salesforce for team members and to support exec team

* Execute on other high value projects to support Sales and Marketing teams (e.g. managing vendor to send swag to prospects)
