What will you do?

· Delve into client needs in the non-life insurance sector, including vehicle, property, and liability insurance.

· Craft and fine-tune business processes to boost efficiency and automate operations.

· Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications for the development and implementation of solutions.

· Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring that the solutions developed are in sync with user needs.

· Engage in the testing phases and the deployment of systems, safeguarding the quality and compliance of the solutions.

· Generate data analysis and reports to aid in strategic decision-making.

· Keep an eye on legislative and regulatory developments impacting the non-life insurance sector.

Profil

Who are you?

· A master's degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or a related field - or similar by experience.

· Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as SQL and advanced Excel. Solid understanding of ERP systems and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

· Familiarity with regulations specific to non-life insurance, including solvency standards, compliance, and the legal aspects of insurance contracts.

· Fluency in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.

· Exceptional analytical skills, team player, effective communication at all levels of the organization, and a robust ability to manage priorities.
