Rôles & Responsabilités

Today, as part of an ambitious new project for our client, we are seeking a Functional Stream Lead Consultant to drive the functional aspect of its CoreBanking program. You will play a central role in a dynamic and growing company, offering unique professional development opportunities.

Your Responsibilities: As the Functional Stream Lead of the CoreBanking program, your main tasks will include:

* Ensuring a clear functional vision of the overall solution: scope, phased delivery, and overall consistency.

* Guaranteeing complete coverage and ensuring the project's quality assurance.

* Maintaining coherence across different topics and workstreams.

* Gaining a deep understanding of the provider's solution and leading functional meetings with them.

* Leading a team of business analysts and effectively interacting with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.

Profil

Your Profile and Requirements:

* Substantial experience at least 10 years as a business analyst in the banking sector, with a deep understanding of banking processes, particularly back-office processes.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and stress management skills.

* Autonomy and the ability to take initiative and lead major projects.

* Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.

* Previous experience in a Core Banking change program is an advantage.
