Rôles & Responsabilités

Inorder to expand our team, DynaFin, is currently seeking a Process expert withexperience in invest.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze current investment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

* Collaborate with investment teams to understand their needs and provide process-related solutions.

* Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.

* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

* Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.

* Train and support staff on new processes and best practices.

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process performance and identify opportunities for further improvement.

* Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in investment banking processes.

Profil

* Master's degree in finance/economics/MBA.

* Demonstrated expertise within the investment sector.

* Experience in process.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Languages: Fluent in NL,FR,ENG.

* Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, motivated, excellent communicator, autonomous, analytical mind, time management skills, team spirit, proactive.
