We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee Nestlé's collaboration with its most important clients. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for the development and profitability of Nestlé products with the assigned customers.
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
* Together with the national management team, determine the objectives, business plans and the actions that needs to be taken.
* Propose a specific commercial strategy for each customer
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
* Collaborate efficiently with the Field Sales Manager and the Marketing Department when preparing the Trade Marketing campaigns
* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
* Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Requirements:

* You have a first sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in Key Account Management or equivalent
* Experience in FMCG (Retail) is necessary, which will enable you to familiarize yourself very quickly with our retail environment
* You are bilingual NL / FR with a good knowledge of English
* You have a commercial attitude, strong analytical skills and good negotiating skills,
