The role of Associate Global Post Sales Operations Business Partner - Nordics is a starting role in the EMEA North Global Post Sales Operations team, with real potential for further personal growth. For this position, we are looking for a young high potential, fresh from university or with only a few years of experience, with a high drive and sense of responsibility.

As Associate, you will gradually see your tasks and responsibilities grow. You will be heavily involved in business partnering with Delivery, Sales and Finance units and will be working on several aspects of the P&L forecast. You will also play a key role in management reporting preparation and in providing a holistic business view to the local Digital Business Services Management team. Next to that, you will be responsible for third party management related tasks and various ad hoc assignments.

Although you will formally report to the Head of Global Post Sales Operations EMEA North, the Nordics DBS Operations team-lead will coach you on a daily basis.

Stakeholder experience

* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the Nordics DBS Operations team-lead and the DBS Nordics Head. Know how to approach C-level.

* Collaborate well with Nordics GCO Operations, Delivery Management, Finance, Premium Engagement and with Services Sales Management.

* Support the culture of personal and team development across DBS Operations

Support & Drive Business Execution

* Become quickly a key contributor in several aspects (e.g. backlog management) of the (revenue) forecasting process, exchanging info bottom-up (e.g. risks, upside potential) and top-down (e.g. measures to consider).

* Be a solid business partner for Nordics DBS Management, maintaining a good communication at all times, respecting the existing policies/rules.

* Gain quickly a holistic view on the business with the ability to analyse and make recommendations.

* Implement process improvements, aligned with your manager and the Nordics DBS Operations team-lead.

* Support various ad hoc tasks and projects in DBS Operations. These tasks and projects can vary and will give you a broader view on the business.

Simplify everything so we can do anything

* Simplify and standardize MU processes to drive agility and speed of execution

* Drive - where possible - a system driven approach to supporting the business - using Global and Regional tools

* Adopt and reinforce single sources of the truth.


* Master degree, preferably but not necessarily in Economics or Engineering.

* Fluent in Danish and English. Knowledge of another Nordics language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is a plus.

* Already a small experience in the IT Services industry, either in finance, controlling, operations or project management is considered as a plus.

* Be able to work effectively in a matrix, fast moving & continually changing business environment.

* Ability to proactively challenge business leaders in a supportive way to improve performance.

* A high level of communication, presentation and influencing skills.

* Analytical mind and action/result oriented.

* Be a high achiever capable of problem resolution.

* Be a self-starter able to deliver process improvements and accurate timely data, when working to a tight timescale.

* Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the consulting/services business model in a software environment.

* Have the drive and initiative to "make a difference" and become a trusted advisor.
