We are looking for a fearless and experienced
HR Specialist to complete our amazing HR team
You are eager to provide guidance and support to our teams, based on an excellent understanding of our organization and its challenges. You make even the most complex things look simple in several areas of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, recognitions and benefits, exit process, and occupational health care. You manage ad hoc questions and you are the go-to-person in our HR team. You are not afraid of dealing with difficult HR topics, but you also enjoy doing some routine tasks. Data and numbers make you tick, and you take pride in exceeding expectations. You ensure that RedLynx's employer value proposition is taken into account in your daily work and you constantly improve HR practices in your area of responsibility. Quite a list, huh?
No worries, you will be part of a driven and dynamic local HR team who have each other's backs and you will also collaborate with our international colleagues in (COMPANY NAME) Headquarters, with both daily tasks and bigger development projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting things done and making things better all the time. You have the opportunity to make a huge impact on our employee experience and the effectiveness of our HR processes. In the future, the role could grow into partnering closely with game projects and business, and supporting specific managers in people matters.
Main responsibilities
* Manage and develop different HR processes like onboarding and exit processes
* Act as the first point of contact for all day to day HR queries and support managers and team members
* Manage and develop HR databases, documentation and reporting
* Co-operation with payroll
* HR Communications within our organization through different channels


Our dream candidate
* Has a proven and very strong track record in working with HR administration and support responsibilities
* Has in-depth knowledge of a variety of employment lifecycle topics, HR processes, employee relations, and policies
* Has work experience from different kinds of organizations, including organizations with specialized and skilled employees - experience in a highly multicultural and diverse environment is a plus
* Is skilled in developing HR initiatives and able to further develop our HR processes and practices
* Is able to prioritize a varied workload
* Can handle numerous ongoing tasks, keep track of work and follow deadlines with high quality
* Gives excellent and smooth help and support to our staff, stays one step ahead, and tackles problems with an optimistic attitude
* Is analytically orientated and interested to utilize tools and data in HR work
* Has very good written and verbal communication in English and Finnish
* Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
