You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department, including the training and supervision of attendants
Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.
French & English are required.
Computer skills in MS Office, email, Opera are required.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
