Job description
(COMPANY NAME) is looking for a KYC & Customer Ops to join its Operation team.
You will join a team of 6 people, reporting to Guillaume our Lead Ops.
As a KYC & Customer Ops you will handle sensitive operations related to (COMPANY NAME)'s customers and initiate legal processes.
As a KYC & Customer Ops at (COMPANY NAME), your day-to-day responsibilities will involve :
KYC:
Carrying out the onboarding of natural and legal persons (KYB-KYC)
Analyzing transactions using a scoring engine
Ensure confidentiality of investigations and exchanges
Ensure compliance with procedures, internal policies and legislation in force
Ensuring deadlines are met to satisfy the client, all analyst assignments must be completed in a timely and accurate manner, reporting problems and anomalies as they are identified
Participating in the updating of KYC/KYB operating procedures
Client relation:
Build and establish strong relationships with our clients - Be the main point of contact of our customers to answer their questions and requests
Respond to functional questions from customers, by questioning them - understanding their context and their needs
Improve our documentation (Help Center) by setting up any idea allowing a better client onboarding (articles, FAQ, etc.)
Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Sales teams) to improve and imagine new processes
Preferred experience
Experience in Back Office, KYC or Customer Support ideally in a Fintech, Payment Provider, Bank, consulting firm, or another fast-paced work environment
Ideally you have a good understanding of the AML/CFT regulatory framework
You like to optimize internal processes to respond better and reactively to our customers
You are able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and you have excellent communication skills (explaining our product, process and business-related questions)
You have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail to quickly elaborate key findings and make decisions.
Organized, rigorous and autonomous
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player and fun to work with
Excellent working abilities in English (French is not required)
