As a Business Partner for Healthcare Manufacturing sites in France, you are part of an IT global international team. You are the main IT contact of 4 sites in France: Semoy, Calais, Meyzieu and Martillac.
On a yearly base, you collect the business demands in order to build the budget for the upcoming year. You help the business to build business case and to prioritize the demands. As responsible of the demand portfolio, you ensure the projects are launched by mobilizing the businesses, the IT experts and the supplier. You follow up the project including the project budget until the go live.
Each site has its own 4 years roadmap, populated by global programs and by local demands. You are aware of site weaknesses (Heatmap) and necessary remediations, programs to be planned. You update the site roadmap on a regular base to reflect changes such as go live, strategy changes, postponements.
Being a functional/technical expert with the support of the global IT organization, you can advice the businesses and help them to find the most appropriate application to fulfill their requirements.
You communicate to the site any major changes, new application, innovation introduced by IT and organize all the necessary actions facilitating the adoption by the site. As the main IT contact for the site, you organize quarterly service reviews to collect business feedback related to IT service level & portfolio progress. You coordinate all IT activities to improve IT service level & business satisfaction.
Position based in France in Semoy (preferably), Lyon or Molsheim. Few travels to the manufacturing sites depending on projects, site situation are expected
Who you are :
* 5-year minimum experience in IT or in project management
* Good knowledge of manufacturing processes & IT manufacturing solutions
* Solid IT background in a regulated environment
* Good communicator and capacity to build and foster relationships across businesses, vendor, functions and technical IT teams
* A broad background in digitalization and technology trends (e.g. Industry 4.0, IoT in Manufacturing) is appreciated
* Fluent in French & English
