Description de la mission

Expert in climate-related reporting framework (regulatory requirements, voluntary standards) and low carbon transition across the whole value chain, in the transport sector.
* Gather, analyze and share the latest information on external worldwide climate-related disclosure standards, such as TCFD (Task-Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure), TNFD (Task-force on Nature-related Financial Disclosure), CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
* Respond to the sustainability reporting framework and indices such as CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) and DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Indices) for the Group.
* Prepare the Carbon Net Zero roadmap to SBTI (Science-Based Target Initiative) certification
* Prepare the Group for upcoming climate-related reporting regulation : CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), US SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) proposed climate-related disclosure rules
* Analyze environmental and climate-related requirements from rating agencies, investors, shareholders and other stakeholders : define how to adapt our strategy to embed relevant requirements
* Collaborate closely in defining the best strategy to reduce the Group's carbon footprint, in line with the 1,5°C climate scenario and the requirements of the Paris Agreement
* Collaborate with the cross-functional network embedded in climate-related topics (manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, regions, etc…)

Profil

* Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Taxonomy, CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), EU ETS (Emission Trading Scheme)

* Knowledge of climate change issues, and ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) criteria and policies
* Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and indices such as CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Indices)
* Knowledge of GHG (Greenhouse Gas) Protocol, SBTi (Science-Based Target initiative), carbon footprint measurement and calculation methods for Scopes 1, 2 and 3, especially in the transport sector

* Excellent ability to explain and share complex scientific topics to the core team, and to any employee (pedagogy)
* Proactive in building a network of stakeholders
* Concern for environmental related issues
* Strong team player
* Proficiency in Excel
* Fluent English required / French is a plus
