Job Description:


The purpose of this role is to implement and maximize the performance / customer experience of omni-channel initiatives designed to integrate seamless the customer experience between offline and online. The role will be focused on taking a leadership role for the FRENCH market, although in some cases it is expected that the person can support other markets / take a pan-European role.

* Set and ensure that the various omni-channel initiatives / services are meeting KPI targets
* Liaise with store operations community / visit stores to ensure that the services are being provided smoothly and obtain feedback on how to improve the service
* Support execution of marketing campaigns to align online and offline
* Benchmark omni-channel initiatives of French competitors / other retailers and suggest improvements or new initiatives
* Liaise with EC team, other internal departments, and external providers to ensure improvements of omni-channel initiatives or implementation of new initiatives
* End-to-end project management (from business case development to roll-out) to roll-out new services
* Manage reporting / performance tracking and generate insights that can benefit store operations & EC team trading strategy
