(COMPANY NAME) Nantes Quality is opening a vacancy in the central Quality project's team.
About us: Never heard of central quality ? Prepare to be amazed ! Our team is in charge to help our operationnal colleagues ease their lives, by proposing, supporting, developping or testing all quality related projects that can help them ! We are always here to help when it comes to problems : we are the A-team !
Within this experts team, your main mission will be to propose, steer, or participate in projects related to quality processes (non-conformity, concession management, data analysis for inspection automation or removal…) by bringing a high level of expertise in digital tools.
You will also participate, with the team, in defining and carrying the digital strategy for Nantes plant's quality. In addition to these projects, you will also be responsible for the Control Plan Quality Standards deployment.The Quality Standards are preventive methods and tools that aim at producing "right first time". In a close relationship with the production units, you will define objectives and roadmaps, to ensure the proper deployment of the control plan Method.
In a word, we will bring blood, sweat and tears (and a bit of fun too !), but above all a long term commitment to your continuous learning and personal development (mainly in project management and digital skills).
If you are in a position to bring:
1) A bit of Experience, ideally in Project Management (LBIP), Business Improvement activities and / or standards deployment. Operational background in Manufacturing and/or Quality domains is required. Data analysis knowledge would be a (great) plus.
2) A robust set of Skills, such as:
* The ability to communicate with All Company Levels (even high ones !).
* The willingness to work on both Macro and Micro levels, and the capacity to take a step back and see/draw the big picture.
* Negociation skills (even in quality !), to propose sideways.
