Position scope: Worldwide
Location: Europe (Oslo -Norway / Lille -France)
Position Purpose:
Following the integration of vitamin K2 from NattoPharma, Gnosis by (COMPANY NAME) is willing to reinforce and consolidate its leadership position, to address a strong ambition. In a more competitive market, vitamin K2 requires specific and appropriate management to reach the strategy's ambition.
In a fast-growing market, the candidate will manage operational marketing & the implementation of the strategy, supporting the Global Product Line Director. You will ensure the growth and profitability of the vitamin K2's product line worldwide in line with the strategy of the Business Unit.
* Consolidate value creation with Product Line
* Manage product portfolio / Develop products & positioning
* Support Global Product Line Director with the implementation of the vitamin K2's strategy
* Elaborate all marketing support / tools to launch / relaunch Products
* Conduct studies / analysis to better understand Market & Competition
Key Missions:
* Generate value creation for the BU while managing the product portfolio (working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Controlling…)
* Develop product pricing & positioning strategies
* Recommend the nature & scope of present and future product lines, by reviewing product specifications & requirements
* Analyze the performance of products' line and make proposals to develop growth
* Generate new ideas that grow market share
* Assess market competition
* Provide source data for product line communication by defining product marketing communication objectives
* Translate Marketing strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
* Create report / graphs / … to analyze product portfolio and propose recommendations
* Develop strong relation with the different Market Managers to align the Product Strategy to answer Market needs


* Experienced in a Marketing position (Product Manager, Marketing specialist…), using marketing tools
* Ability to manage all aspects of a successful product line throughout its lifecycle
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong analytical skills
* Business & controlling acumen
* Ability to understand industrial & supply chain topics
* Creative, generating new and innovative ideas
* Open-minded and capable of working in a multi-cultural environment and in a transversal mode
* Curious, Rigorous, Organized
* Open to travel
* Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
