Central S&OP planner

Position description

The central planning team manage the Sales and Operation Planning for Europe Insulation and Gypsum businesses. The main role of the central S&OP planner is to manage all the operational activities related to this process.

* Sales & Operations Planning

* Monthly process: European S&OP
* Supervise data collection (forecasts, capacity, stocks, CSI, …)
* Ensure consistency and reliability of plans reported by countries (demand, supply, production and inventory)
* Build/update capacity allocation and cession plans across countries over the S&OP horizon (18 month). Ensure plans maximize sales and optimize capacity utilization.
* Support countries to meet fluctuation of the demand, Highlight needs for arbitrations.
* Build and communicate S&OP dashboards
* Organize and host Europe Supply chain reviews

* Yearly process: Budget and Long Range Plan
* Supervise data collection (forecasts, capacity, …)
* Ensure consistency and reliability of plans reported by countries (demand, supply, production and inventory)
* Build capacity allocation and cession plans across countries over the budget & LRP horizon (1 to 3 years). Ensure plans maximize sales and optimize capacity utilization.
* Highlight needs for capacity evolution.
Manage the central S&OP application (ESMS): setups, evolutions, …

* Projects

Drive the implementation & ramp-up of changes related to S&OP tools and organization:
* Follow-up the ESMS application evolutions (based on PowerBI)
* Develop additional PowerBI reports to improve S&OP performance
* Follow-up the implementation of Gypsum business in the S&OP process
Contribute to other supply chain projects depending on business priorities.

* Organization of yearly supply chain forum
Contribute to the organization of yearly supply chain forum.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education
* Graduate engineer or Master in logistics
Knowledge /Experience /Technical competencies
* Sales and Operation planning management.
* Interest and skills in Data management
Skills and Abilities
* Fluent English
* Personal organization.
* Powerpoint, Excel programming, SAP
