Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes helping every single colleague fulfil their own unique potential, so they can help us fulfil ours. Together with People Ops team, you will ensure that all People Operations at Vilnius-based office are carried out smoothly and effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- General office management (ordering stationary, office equipment etc.)
- Providing day-to-day administrative support on a range of key business operational projects and initiatives
- Coordination of employee on-boarding
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintaining company organisational structure
- Working with vendors

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Experience of working in a similar position
- English and Lithuanian- advanced level
- Ability to project manage, prioritise and successfully meet deadlines
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Enjoying working hard
- Passionate about performing to highest level
- High attention to detail
- Able to be multi-tasking and proactive
