What you will do:
* Answer enquiries from our customers regarding their current or potential future financings
* Activate and on-board customers onto the AUTO1 FinTech platform
* Identify and raise process improvements with the management team
* Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by using empathy
* Take responsibility for our customers and your colleagues
What you should bring:
* First experiences as a customer advisor or a call center agent
* Excellent communication skills in French; Good English skills.
* Target driven and hands-on working attitude to increase the happiness you create with our partners
* A proactive, can-do attitude and professional telephone manners
* Reliability and flexibility as well as a self-starter approach
