You will be instrumental to acquire talent and brand (COMPANY NAME) as a tech company outside, while being keen to explore new possibilities of own growth. The Role:

* Build a high performing Digital Talent Acquisition team that does not rely on agencies or external support to hire
* Take ownership of (COMPANY NAME)'s Digital Employer Branding strategy and drive its execution towards the Digital team and the global job market
* Develop L&D frameworks to help tech team leads more effectively manage their teams
* Help build towards a remote work culture and enable effective team building over distance (games etc.)
* Define and guide new team members through their onboarding journey until they reach full productivity
* Own & improve the Digital hiring process, including training of team members who interview
* Be hands-on and actively participate in the hiring process--from screening to signature

Candidate Requirements:

* Extensive in-house experience building and leading a Digital talent acquisition function
* Strong track record in hiring and retaining Digital talent
* Several years of people leadership experience
* Strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management and an innovative spirit
* Hands-on mindset, always finding the balance between doing and delegating
* Solid understanding of state-of-the-art web technologies & proven capabilities picking up new ones
* You are an excellent communicator with high degree on emotional intelligence
* You like to cook, or eat, or both
