Job Description:
You are an experienced B2B marketer with ambitions to develop strategic relations and create innovative customer offers? With (COMPANY NAME) Construction & Road (C&R) you can enhance your commercial skill set by creating end-to-end value in close collaboration with business development and sales.

Where you fit in
The C&R Sector is underpinned by the end-to-end (E2E) Global Bitumen Sales & Marketing Business, with an existing and rapidly emerging portfolio of Bitumen solutions, as well as non-bitumen energy products, services, and solutions such as biogenic fuels, hydrogen, power including solar etc to address the customer ecosystem's decarbonization requirements.

In addition to current customer segments (Asset Owners, Integrated Contractors, Distributors) C&R will also focus on new customer groups such as Construction Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to address their decarbonization efforts. Road networks are one of the most valuable assets of a country while key for connecting and empowering social growth through mobility.

(COMPANY NAME) Bitumen is a global leader in selling Bitumen, major player in DACH and Europe leveraging from its legacy - its reputation of robust and trustable supplier and its agility to innovate and move quickly with the constantly changing environment including new premium offering. Our integrated business is resilient through the energy transition, given the nature of bitumen which as part of road construction is one of the most recycled materials in the construction sector.

What's the role?
In this role you will join (COMPANY NAME) C&R's international team of Marketing Specialists and closely collaborate with the local sales and business development. You will be responsible for all marketing activities of (COMPANY NAME) Bitumen in the DACH/NORDICS cluster and will assist in marketing and communication activities with a wider European & African scope. Being at the heart of internal and external business relations you will have the opportunity to develop a strategic vision for (COMPANY NAME) C&R marketing activation initiatives, offering solutions to our customers.

Your key activities in this role are:
* Marketing: Development of a differentiated offer (CVP) through market insights and well-defined project plans for soft and commercial launch incl. customer testing and media planning. A large part of our marketing and communication is done in partnership with our customers. The marketing communication mix consists of an effective balance between print, online, earned, paid media and direct customer engagements, working closely with our sales and technical teams.
* Advocacy: Articulation of long-term ambitions through local engagements, conferences, and publication of editorials/case studies on premium and sustainable portfolio. Also included are advocacy and education of our technical solutions via engagements with industry stakeholders and governments.
* Sustainability: Promotion of bundled offers tailored to societal needs like reduced carbon footprint and recycling opportunities with special focus on premium product growth and new product launches.

What we need from you
As this role offers a wide variety of strategic communications and senior stakeholder management, we are looking for an experienced B2B marketer with a commercial mind-set to help our business grow. Therefore, the following skill set will help you to succeed in the application as well as on the job:
* Fluent German and English mandatory
* Demonstrated marketing competencies in strategic marketing & planning, insights generation, CVP development and implementation, Channel management, Brand & communication
* Developed sense of relationship and human contact, able to create relationships quickly and easily in a multi-level decision-making structure both internally and externally.
* Ability to manage interfaces and relationships with the rest of the commercial organization and local cross business new energy organisations, to influence, coach and motivate in project teams
* Strong analytical skills, delivery focused, ability to think end to end and value adding mindset - strong commercial acumen
* High levels of creativity and innovation
* The ability to work independently, manage priorities, learn quickly, solve problems and work as a team.
* High level of resilience, ability to thrive through change: strong ability to maintain focus on business impact in the face of ambiguity, change, competing priorities and always seek out opportunities for continuous improvement
