Regional IT Support Specialist (Dutch language)
Roche is currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic Regional IT Support Specialist to join our regional customer service center (RCSC) in Mannheim. You will become part of a vibrant environment, where our engineering specialists are committed every day to assisting Roche customers (hospital/ private labs) on complex instruments and innovative diagnostic devices. You will be the first contact for Roche users of our technologies, through serving as a liaison and expert for all consultative and IT technical matters involving the most modern Roche equipment and applications.
As a Regional IT Support Specialist for IT and Workflow Solutions you are providing support for our international customers in regards to data management systems (Point of Care, Middleware) running in medical laboratories. Thanks to your broad IT know-how and your fast readiness of mind, you are able to ensure the flow of information and data in the laboratory and to support our customers and colleagues in the field in questions concerning the optimal use of our diagnostic solutions.
Support our international clients and colleagues in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, Austria, Switzerland in Dutch/English and if applicable in German.
Take care of customer requests and will drive solutions from A to Z from the entry of request, the analysis and structuring of the issue to the full implementation of an adequate solution for our customers by phone, remotely or directly at the customer site.
Be the interface between field service, customer and global second level support. In this role, you will be responsible to lead complex tasks to sustainable solutions. By doing that you are ensuring a high customer satisfaction.

Successfully completed your engineering studies or studies with a focus on IT. Alternatively, you have completed your training as a technician or computer scientist plus minimum 3 years of professional experience.
Speak fluently Dutch, English and ideally German.
Experience from the medical-technical environment - in technical customer service or in the medical laboratory.
Familiar with IT network structures and communication protocols and have experience in server operating systems and databases.
Ability to think clearly and you can solve complex questions in a structured way.
Strong communicative and analytical skills and you show a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
Must be customer and team oriented and enjoy working in an intercultural environment.
