Role Purpose:
Define and implement the customer/channel revenue growth plan via portfolio, placement, promotion and pricing measures. Drive, execute and implement the RGM plan for the customers in line with company / category / brand strategies in order to deliver the NSV, TA and GP targets.
Revenue Growth Management:
Portfolio management by defining product mix optimization in line with consumer expectations and Kellogg's targets
Develop portfolio strategies per channel and with regards to relevant occasions
Input into innovation stage gate process by delivering bottom up potential assessment as well as profitability analysis
Develop strategic & tactical promotional planning for Germany/Austria - incl. promo efficiency, display/secondary placement guidelines, seasonality & mechanic recommendations, volume expectations, trade investment optimization & incremental opportunity assessment. Delivers competitive promotional visibility, evaluation & recommendations
Consult sales teams on customer trade allowance enhancement activities
Execution & utilization of tools & capabilities delivered by Tableau and standardized in market reporting (e.g. Center of Excellence) - driving on-going RGM engagement plans, analysis & decision-making on customer/channel level
Evaluation of opportunities via standardized business cases to ensure revenue growth management agenda
Sales Development:
Co-pilot of Sales Manager to ensure execution of portfolio, pricing and promotion strategy for defined customers in Germany/Austria by the account team
Uncover white spot opportunities at existing or new customers/channels incl. potential analysis
Review of annual priorities and business delivery against annual targets and capture learnings to influence long term planning process against cereal or snacks
Consult sales team throughout yearly preparation of annual negotiations to drive revenue growth management agenda

Candidate Requirements:

Commercial experience from a national account management role paired with strong RGM knowledge
High affinity to numbers and reporting as well as consumer insights
Displays a high level of cross functional and cultural collaboration and effective partnering for results
Highly effective communicator
Has a passion for delivering results, takes ownership and is accountable
Thinks strategically, takes a balanced long and short term view in solution formulation
Sees patterns and connections across multiple data sources & trends, and uses them to find solutions
