As our Customer Success Manager (d/m/f) you will be supporting the rollout of new logistics offering within AUTO1 Group in the Dach region. We are seeking driven candidates who are excited to build and sell new products to revolutionize the entire automotive logistics industry.
What you will do:
* Drive top-line sales growth for new logistics offering within DACH region
* Acquire new clients and support them throughout the sales and after-sales process
* Enhance customer experience by effective management and execution of daily operations
* Collect and analyze feedback about the offering and convert the data into product improvement suggestions
* Develop process and system improvements to drive the operational scalability and support international expansion
What you should bring:
* Proven experience in fast paced environment (preferably startup) in business development, sales or operational role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
* Strong business sense and analytical skills
* Passion for entrepreneurship and complex problem-solving
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
