Reporting to: Nespresso Communication Manager
Undefined period of time contract. act. rate 100%

Position Summary

Responsible for:
1. The correct and on time communication of differentiated and exclusive direct-to-consumer activation campaigns, with the purpose to increase the connection between our existing consumers and the brand.
2. The Social Media content management and local content creation, with the purpose to increase brand image and local relevance.
Markets of Responsibility: Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Adriatics

A day in the life of...

Set-up and manage consumer communication (emails, sms)
* Adapt, set-up and manage Headquarters led CRM communication campaigns and local initiatives, e.g. for product introductions, promotional activities, new services, brand initiatives
* Create, set-up and manage locally led CRM communication campaigns, e.g. for local 360 marketing campaigns
* Align with CRM Insight team and direct channels for the set-up of these communication campaigns
* Share communication campaigns with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. customer facing teams and agencies
* Manage the program of transactional service e-mails
* Monitor and secure the CRM activation campaign planning, in line with the overall marketing calendar
* Lead the creative agency in adaptation or creation of the creative concept of the direct mail

Social Media Content Management and creation
* Support Brand Communication Manager in the digital PR Influencers activation
* Assess, propose and localise existing content provided by Headquarters
* Lead the creative agency for the production of local content, creation of the creative concepts, etc for local iniatives
* Plans, execute and modify when necessary the monthly post calendar
* Monitor and report the performance of own SM and 3rd party/ Influencers performance

What will make you successful

* University degree in marketing, commercial or any other related field
* At least 1-2 years' experience in marketing/digital team
* Worked for an organization (or agency) with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
* Experience in project management (of complex projects), managing both internal stakeholders and external agencies
* Experience as CRM/Campaign Manager in a direct-to-consumer organization will be an asset
* Experience as Social Media Specialist for luxury brands or Ad Agency will be a plus
* Initiative, proactive cooperation, results focus
* Good communication and presentation skills, team player
* Good knowledge in Social Media
* Fluency in Greek & English
