* Hybrid working (60% office, 40% home)

Our Team:

This position is part of Business Operations BU, within Global Hub Operations and Transitions Management organization and reporting to the Head of Operations Readiness for the Business Tower.

Transitions Management is the team managing Business Operations transitions to deliver the BO strategic roadmap both now and for the future.

The role will provide transition leadership to implement strategic initiatives and will be responsible for managing and implementing transitions to deliver value in the end-to-end processes. This role is focused on initiatives of high complexity, that can span transversally across end-to-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of interdependent changes and advanced technologies.

About the role:

The Transition Manager will ensure the successful execution of projects. You will be responsible for developing and driving transition plans for People Services and Excellence, identifying sequence of activities, durations, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, resources.

Main responsibilities:

* Transition management throughout the transition life cycle for People Services and Excellence.
* Ensure transition methodology, operational policies and processes are consistently applied and adhered to (e.g. legal, regulatory, quality, internal control, etc.).
* Manage and report on actual progress against plan, providing regular visibility to overall transition status.
* Facilitate transition and transversal meetings and workshops as required, typically involving cross-functional teams at the global and regional level.
* Establish rules for decision making and issue resolution protocols that empower teams efficiently and effectively.
* Prioritize, challenge, and resolve issues and proactively identify transition risks.
* Implement the change management components to increase employee adoption and utilization (e.g. stakeholder impact management, communications, training, etc.).
* Monitor progress of project for business value document lessons learned and best practices, and close out project summarizing achievements and improvements.

Experience:

* Proven experience in transitions or consultancy in shared services sector.
* Human Resource background is a plus
* Operational experience with processes is a plus.
* Proven track record of project oversight.
* Ability to lead and motivate transition teams, team members with indirect reporting relationships across multiple geographies.
* Self-starter, initiative-taker, and ability to work independently under pressure and deliver high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a business or project management related field. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills and capacity to handle multiple stakeholders in a complex and changing environment.
Certification in Project management, Agile certification or certification in Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies is a plus.

Languages:

Fluent in English.

The salary range for this position is :Ft10 944 000,00 - Ft16 416 000,00
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs
