(for fixed term)
Colleague for its Digital & Campaign Delivery Team

Role purpose: 
The main responsibility of the role is to ensure best-in-class execution for CVM multistep omni-channel activities, including but not limited to SMS, IVR, telesales and push notification campaigns.
Understanding fully the campaign management tools and overall possibilities they bring in order to increase customer interaction and conversion ratesis pivotal to this role.  Providing inputs for smart target setting, thorough reporting and supporting evaluation of related activities also fall within the responsibility of this role.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

Coordination and management of base campaign execution processes
*
Performing offer testing to ensure excellent customer experience
*
Monitoring, and analysing results and providing insight on related campaigns
*
Suggesting improvements to current communication policies/guide books and execution processes
*
Working with other team members and third parties to find innovative and new ways of offers and campaign execution
*
Defining campaign management system needs/development requests that allow more effective methods of reaching customers and delivering financial plans
*
Deliver P&L targets of Digital CVM activities
*
Deliver digital  customer engagement KPIs
*
Deliver customer experience related KPIs (NPS & TNPS)

Candidate Requirements:

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
*
1  years experience in Campaign Management System
*
Strong analytical, problem solving and commercial skills
*
Proactive and seek opportunities for innovation and improvement
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*
Proactive about own development
*
Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential
*
Fluent English in written and oral is mandatory
